Thai massage is more rigorous than more classic forms of massage, with it described as being both a relaxing and energising form of massage. In Thai Massage the therapist uses hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization and acupressure are also used during the treatment. The massage therapist treats the whole body using a flowing sequence of applied pressure to energy lines, massage movements, stretches and yoga exercises.
As a massage therapist I always appreciate a massage from a person who knows what they are doing and listens to the body, if you appreciate a good deep tissue massage and a good spinal stretch all over then look no further.
